We have a proven system that we follow on every production we work on.

We start with a phone call to discuss your options and go through the interview questions and what key areas you want us to cover on the day.

When the day arrives we will come to your location have a good look at your premises and decide where to do the interview with a company representative which we will use in the edit to make up the narrative of the video.

We will then grab some shots of your business, services and products and there is the option of a testimonial from a happy customer. (at your premises)

We will then leave you in peace and head back to start the edit process. We will edit the video into a first cut, including any logos and contact information you require.

We will then submit this version to you for approval and sign off, or if you feel there are some tweaks required please let us know and we will make these for you at this stage.

We will re-edit any changes you asked and then upload the video to youtube for you to stream on your site.

The code for embedding the video is sent to you to place into your site.

We will upload your video to our youtube site and supply you with the embed code. This will need to be pasted into your site by your web designer. If you need help doing this we can embed the video for you at an additional cost. (Price dependent on site, We will require login details to your site hosting)

We are based over two offices in Birmingham and Coventry. We film all over the UK but any filming outside of the West Midlands will incur a additional cost to cover fuel and travel time.

The filming should take no more than 90 minutes. We will try and course as little disruption to your business as possible but we will require sound to be kept to a minimum during the interview section of the filming.

Once we have filmed your business we should have the finished video with you in 14 days. If you have any deadlines or specific date you need you video by we can try and accommodate this is you let us know in advance.

We aim to produce a 60 - 90 second video. These short punchy clips are designed to get all the relevant information across in a condensed space of time. The aim is to keep your customer engaged with your service/product and provide them with the key information they need to purchase your product/service.

We will select a track from you database of music and add this to you video to create the mood we feel right for your product/service. If you have any ideas of the sort of mood you want to create please let us know during the filming process and we can then accommodate this into the music selection.

We cannot use commercial music sue to copyright issues.

We ask that you send us your logo as and .EPS file original photoshop or illustrator files. This will give us greater control over the final look of the logo when exported. If you cannot get hold these files we can work with a high resolution .JPEG.

When we have edited your video we will submit it to you for review. This is your time to let us know of any changes you feel are required. Be sure to give us all revisions at this stage as we will only make one set of changes per video. (This is part of our streamlines process to keep the overall cost of video down)

We will make the changes asked for and submit the final version for you to sign off and use on your website.

If you require any further changes then additional edit cost will apply.

If you feel that you need to re-film a section of your video then this will need to be cost at an additional rate. It is really important that you clarify everything you wish to filmed during the first film session to avoid this happening.

We suggest making a list of all the key areas you want to be covered during your filming session and prioritising them to make sure the most important are covered in your 90 minute filming session.

If there is an issue coursed by us then we will re-film at no additional cost.

We can make that for you! We have a dedicated web team who can produce a 5 page website to incorporate your video for £595*.

We will place your video on youtube as standard and provide you with a link so you can put it on your website.

We also have a range of packages that will help get your video noticed. We can setup and provide you with email newsletter software to send your video out to clients and customers.

We can also set you up with social network accounts such as facebook, myspace, twitter and upload you video for everyone to see.

Our most powerful tool however is video and website SEO. We can provide you with a monthly search engine optimisation service that will get your video and site up the ranking in google, yahoo and other leading website search tools.

We can provide the finished video on DVD, as flash files for your website and most formats you can think of. This is all subject to additional charge and priced depending on the format required.

As the creators of the video we hold copyright. You are free to use the video anywhere you like (providing its not broadcast - due to audio copyright). We may use the video for promotional purposes on our site or external sites. If you require any updates or changes to the video in the future please contact us.

Once you have selected the options you require you will be presented a break down of costs. There will be a one off deposit to be paid before work begins and then monthly payments there after until complete payments is made.
